Return and Refund Policy

Your Statutory Rights As a customer in Ireland, you are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and EU Consumer Rights Directive. These rights are in addition to any goodwill policy we offer.

Perishable Goods (Fresh Food, Dairy, Bakery, Chilled & Frozen Items) Due to the perishable nature of fresh groceries, we are unable to accept returns on these items unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described at the time of delivery. If you receive a perishable item that is damaged, past its use-by date, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Alcohol Products In accordance with Irish licensing law and for health and safety reasons, alcohol products cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered, unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. If you receive a damaged or incorrect alcohol product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Non-Perishable Grocery & Household Items For non-perishable items (e.g. tinned goods, cleaning products, personal care), you have the right to return unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@galakillenard.ie. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Refund Process Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
